Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company (optional), and a description of your project or inquiry. The server may record technical data needed to operate and protect the website, such as IP address, date, browser, and requested pages. A session cookie helps secure the form and administration area. We do not ask for sensitive personal information; please do not include it in your message.
How we use information
We use this information to receive and respond to your inquiry, prepare information or a proposal related to your project, follow up on the conversation, and protect the operation of the website. The form does not subscribe you to promotional messages or authorize advertising unrelated to your inquiry.
Service providers and disclosures
Technical providers that host and maintain the website may process information on DREAMIND’s behalf to operate the service. We do not sell contact-form data. We disclose information to others only when needed to provide a requested service, required by law, or with consent when applicable.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to address your inquiry and comply with applicable obligations. We use access controls, encrypted connections, and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Security action logs are limited to the last 2,000 events; entries older than 30 days are removed when new activity is recorded. Contact-form abuse counters use a hashed IP and windows of up to one hour; they do not store the message or a raw IP address.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or objection to the processing of your data (ARCO rights), withdraw consent, or limit use of your data by writing to [email protected]. Include your name, the specific request and data involved, and a way to receive our response. We may request information needed to verify your identity. We will respond within applicable legal time limits.
Visitors in the United States
You may also ask us what personal information we hold, request correction or deletion of contact-form data, or request a copy. We will honor any additional rights that apply under your state’s law. We do not sell contact-form information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies
We use DREAMINDSESSID, a first-party session cookie needed to secure the contact form and administration area. It is not used for advertising. Browsers normally remove it when the session ends; admin access expires after 30 minutes of inactivity or a maximum of 8 hours. Clicking “Got it” stores only the acknowledgement date in browser local storage for up to 180 days so the notice is not repeated. You can clear this preference in your browser and reopen the notice through “Cookies” in the footer. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the form and admin area from working. This version does not integrate third-party analytics or advertising. Hosting or perimeter-security providers may use technical security cookies. Before introducing optional technologies, we will disclose their purposes and provide the appropriate choice before enabling them.
